Night Audit

Night Audit at Azul Hospitality (Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel) performs night audit duties, balances cash drawers, handles guest registrations and check-outs, processes payments, maintains a house bank, and prepares daily financial and occupancy reports (Pace, F&B, Rooms). The role also acts as the MOD during night hours, greets guests, answers inquiries, makes wake-up calls, assists with reservations, and serves as PBX operator, handling communications and guest services while ensuring security and compliance. Required skills include cash handling, calculating and balancing cash and deposits, familiarity with POS, PMS, PBX systems, Windows OS, and MS Office; strong communication, attention to detail, and independent work ethic are essential. Education required: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/hotel experience preferred.
