Job Summary
The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, verifying guest accounts, balancing charges, reconciling revenues, and maintaining exceptional guest services and safety. Key functions include running accounts receivable reports, providing daily reports for different departments, and handling emergency situations. Effective communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical capabilities such as lifting up to 75 lbs are essential. The role requires a strong team player who can prioritize tasks with limited supervision and assist with front desk functions as needed. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
