Night Audit

Provide guest services during night shift, handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and accurately record charges for rooms, taxes, and store purchases according to policy. Address guest questions and concerns with knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and nearby churches/restaurants/shopping. Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, maintain front desk and housekeeping paperwork, and keep the Front Desk Log updated. Perform light cleaning duties (vacuuming, dusting, laundry) and ensure lobby and related areas are tidy. Adhere to safety and security protocols, inspect property, and report hazards. Be on call for hotel requirements and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Proficient in basic computer applications and able to communicate effectively, multitask, stay organized, be dependable, and maintain attention to detail.
