Job Summary
Conduct overnight front desk operations and financial reconciliation from 10 PM to 7 AM, including auditing daily transactions, balancing revenue accounts, and generating end-of-day reports. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, handle late-night inquiries, and coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure property safety. Perform overnight valet duties and serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and property security. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. Weekend availability is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Must be comfortable performing overnight valet duties as part of the role
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage all responsibilities associated with the Night Auditor position
