Night Audit

Oversee end-of-day hotel operations including nightly audit, posting charges, processing payments and vouchers, balancing bank, and generating reports such as the Room Rate Variance Report. Handle room assignments, issue/activate room keys, and manage wake-up calls and guest communications. Sell rooms without reservations based on availability and operate the front desk switchboard. Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain confidentiality, provide professional guest service, and support safety and emergency procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None.
