Night Audit

Oversee overnight hotel operations and balance daily transactions during the night shift. Process night audit reports, maintain knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, PBX, key locks, fire alarm protocols), monitor guest accounts and credit activity, and take necessary action. Provide prompt guest service, assist with reservations and room sales (upselling), adhere to cash handling policies, complete the night shift checklist, maintain a clean and professional workspace, stay informed about the surrounding area to assist guests, ensure guest confidentiality, and foster a positive environment with guests and team members.
