Night Audit H/F

Night Audit role at Pullman Cannes Mandelieu in Mandelieu-La Napoule (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur). Responsibilities include managing reception operations at arrival/departure, informing guests about stay conditions and available services, handling phone calls, relaying information to other departments, ensuring up-to-date documents, upselling hotel services, supervising billing and cash handling, closing daily accounting, and generating statistical/comptabilite daily reports for management. Also responsible for customer relations, responding to information requests, handling guest concerns, promoting hotel offers, discreetly monitoring lobby activity, and managing the front desk phone system. Required: prior reception experience; excellent welcome and service attitude; neat presentation; strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure; clear interpersonal communication in French and English.
