Job Summary
Manage the guest relations team and lead by example to ensure all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered to the highest level. Exude patience and empathy while hosting the late show, managing performance and productivity as an integral part of the management team. Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department, handling guest requests and operational challenges independently. Maintain a heightened sense of responsibility and security consciousness regarding hotel safety and emergency procedures. Requires previous Night Audit supervisory experience, proficiency in property management systems, and comfort working night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
