Night Audit

Audit Point of Service tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips, and settlements by type and cashier. Run audit reports and journals from the front office system and Point of Service, inputting revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports. Make corrections and adjustments, handle computer problems, balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, and reset the system for next day operations. Assist late arriving guests with check-in. Requires 11pm to 7am availability. Previous financial experience and Lightspeed familiarity are a plus.
