Night Audit for Pyramid Global Hospitality at Virginia Guesthouse (UVA), focusing on exceptional front desk service during the overnight shift (11pm–7am). Responsibilities include checking guests in, ensuring accurate charges and proper credit, noting and fulfilling special requests, resolving issues to WOW guests, promoting hotel programs, maintaining knowledge of hotel amenities and local area, handling house bank, generating daily/weekly reports, and communicating information to the manager on duty. Maintain procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds, while assisting other departments as needed and staying aware of emergency procedures and policies.
