Job Summary
Night Audit role: act as the MOD during night hours, manage guest registration/check-out, handle cash and deposits, balance cash drawer, prepare and balance daily reports (Daily Report, Comp Reports including F&B and Rooms, Pace Reports), post charges, manage reservations, upsell opportunities, and provide guest services. Perform PBX duties, transmission of messages, wake-up calls, and maintain knowledge of hotel services and city attractions. Must be capable of handling currency, credit transactions, and convey professional guest relations, with proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS/POS systems and Windows/MS Office. Knowledge of hotel operations and safety procedures is required; ability to assist guests and emergency personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Accounting experience preferred.
