Job Summary
Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes of guest check-in and provide patrol coverage in the lobby and front entrance. Assist guests with requests, complaints, check-ins, check-outs, and key issuance for lockouts. Maintain laundry room cleanliness, clean and fold linens, and ensure guest privacy and safety. Compute bills, collect payments, post charges to the Property Management system, and complete department checklists and reports. Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance while delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports HomeTowne Studios' extended stay properties across 20 states, where renovated facilities and enhanced training techniques prioritize both guest comfort and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year in previous customer service position
- Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
- Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
