Job Summary
Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes of guest check-in, assist with requests and complaints after regular office hours, and manage check-ins, check-outs, and lost/lockout key issues. Maintain laundry room cleanliness, clean and fold linens, and provide lobby and front entrance patrols. Ensure guest privacy and safety while computing bills, collecting payments, and posting charges to the Property Management system. Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts. Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills
- Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
- 1 year in previous customer service position
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior hospitality experience
