Job Summary
Night Attendant duties include conducting courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in, assisting guests with requests and/or complaints after hours, handling check-ins/check-outs and creating guestroom keys for lost/lockouts, assisting with laundry operations (cleaning, drying, folding linen), providing courtesy patrol in lobby/front entrance, delivering excellent customer service with guest privacy and safety, possibly computing bills, posting charges to the Property Management System, completing department checklists and reports, maintaining a neat appearance, and performing related duties as assigned. Requires ability to perform basic math, cash handling, and operate a computer; hotel/hospitality experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred. Position located in Mesquite, TX with in-person requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 year in previous customer service position
- Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills)
- Basic English communication skills
