Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while managing concerns with confidence. Own the floor by cross-training across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties to ensure fresh food is stocked, prepared safely, and ready for 24/7/365 operations. Lead by example by training and supporting team members, keeping tasks on track, and ensuring shift objectives are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while adhering to all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies. Attend meetings, stay current on policies, and communicate with leadership to uphold appearance and uniform standards. Work flexible 4-to-8-hour shifts, 1 to 5 times per week, with an overnight differential applied between 10pm and 6am.
Required Qualifications
- Positive, customer-first mindset supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven reliability and accountability, with availability and comfort working overnight/3rd shift.
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and apply new skills.
