Job Summary
Night Assistant Manager at QuikTrip is responsible for ensuring that the shift team meets QT Standards of Store Operations and that the store is operated according to Policies & Procedures and Training Guides. Major duties include Customer Relations, Merchandising, Store Appearance, Business Operations, and Employee Support, with a focus on night-shift coverage (10p-7a and variations). Requires a High School diploma or GED, retail store sales experience, and strong communication in English; candidates should be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and maintain a pleasant disposition in dealing with customers, vendors, and staff.
