Job Summary
Night and Weekend Customer Experience Manager at Michaels in Redlands, CA responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience, leading front-end operations, and guiding omnichannel processes. Role includes coaching and performance management of the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier), ensuring SOP compliance, driving KPIs, planning in-store events, managing shrink and safety programs, assisting with cash handling and banking, inventory processes (RTV/ASN), onboarding new team members, and serving as Manager on Duty. Cross-trains in Custom Framing in stores that offer framing, and leads framing workload when applicable. Requires strong communication, leadership, and service orientation to uphold brand promises and store standards.
Required Qualifications
