Job Summary
Deliver superior guest service, suggestively sell products, and perform quality assurance checks on the selling floor. Rotate and merchandise inventory while maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Learn and apply the three E's of Engagement, Educate, and Empowerment to promote established programs and drive sales. Follow all safety policies as a role model, utilizing equipment like pallet jacks and knives as assigned. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring high energy, adaptability, and strong communication skills to enhance the store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Forklift/Power Industrial Truck Training
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
