Job Summary
Delivers superior guest service by suggesting products, sampling items, and educating customers on seasonality and taste. Rotates product, merchandises displays, and performs quality assurance checks to maintain stock levels and cleanliness. Ensures compliance with Health Code guidelines, safety policies, and established store programs while operating equipment like bean grinders and cappuccino machines. Requires Food Handler's Certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification as required by State Law
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization
- Basic math (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
