Job Summary
Develop and maintain the company's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, overseeing daily IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing environments. Lead cybersecurity programs, manage vendor relationships, and direct help desk operations while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other regulatory requirements. Oversee enterprise application implementations across retail, distribution, finance, and eCommerce functions, and manage the IT project portfolio to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget. Balance strategic direction with hands-on participation in critical technology initiatives and emergency response.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
