Job Summary
Lead a branch team, guide their professional development, and ensure a positive, successful work environment. Make strategic decisions that strengthen the branch and foster continuous improvement. Maintain a calm, professional atmosphere using empathy and strong communication skills. Requires a Meister or equivalent in optometry, prior leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office 365. Offers a comprehensive training program, 13th-month salary, and annual budget for Fielmann products.
