Job Summary
Manage the branch with full responsibility for results, customer service, and team leadership. Steer daily operations in internal and customer service while leading, developing, and motivating the team to meet location goals. Organize efficient workflows, processes, and scheduling; actively manage existing customers to ensure high service quality. Analyze key performance indicators to derive measures for revenue and performance improvement. Collaborate closely with adjacent areas to further develop the location and embody a customer-oriented leadership culture. Requires a commercial or technical vocational qualification, prior leadership experience, and a Class B driver's license. Offers include a variable starting salary, profit sharing, company car, and unlimited fixed-term employment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerklich-technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion, z. B. als Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d), Filialleiter (m/w/d), Standortleiter (m/w/d), Betriebsleiter (m/w/d), Teamleiter (m/w/d) o.ä
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und unternehmerisches Handeln
- Stärke in der Führung und Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Teams
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie sicheres Auftreten im internen und externen Kontakt
- Organisationsgeschick, Entscheidungsfreude und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verbindlichkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Situationen
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
