Job Summary
Manage the establishment and expansion of the location while leading and motivating the team. Develop growth strategies and organize customer service, acquisition, and external staff recruitment. Oversee customer network development and assume budget responsibility. Requires experience in labor leasing, a regional customer network, and stress resistance. Located in Mönchengladbach with a salary of 6000 to 8000€ plus bonuses, including vacation and Christmas pay, pension provision, and a company car.
