Secure and drive the economic growth of the location, primarily within the classic project business. Lead, motivate, and develop six project leaders/master craftsmen and approximately 23 commercial employees. Manage construction site operations and ongoing controlling, including cost and performance control, claim and change order management, and debtor tracking. Oversee the acquisition of existing and new customers. This role involves managing a team in a 360-degree integrated TGA service provider known for high-efficiency energy systems in southern Germany, with opportunities for further education through the in-house Konzmann Academy.
