Manage the establishment and expansion of the location while leading and motivating the team. Develop a growth strategy, organize customer service and acquisition, and oversee recruitment and support for external staff. Build and expand customer networks while assuming full budget responsibility. Requires experience in employee lending, preferably for aspiring dispatchers, with a regional customer network and stress resistance. Full salary range of €4,800 to €6,200 plus up to one year's salary in profit sharing. Benefits include vacation and Christmas pay, pension provision, and a company phone.
