Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld (z. B. Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Agrar- oder Baumaschinen)
- Zwingend Erfahrung im Bereich Landmaschinen & Landtechnik
- Weiterführende Qualifikation im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Fundierte Führungserfahrung sowie Praxis im Umfeld der Land- oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Verständnis, kombiniert mit analytischer Denkweise
