Job Summary
Lead the site team and steer economic operations for an established trenching and sewer construction location in Frankfurt, managing projects from calculation through final settlement. Direct construction managers and staff while allocating personnel and equipment to ensure smooth site execution. Calculate deep-sea and sewer construction projects, prepare bids, and manage change orders. Acquire new business and expand client relationships within the Rhine-Main region. Monitor schedules, cost budgets, and project outcomes to drive sustainable site growth. This permanent role offers a clear path to technical operations manager and includes a company car for private use.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Kalkulator im Tiefbau oder Kanalbau
- fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation sowie im Umgang mit der VOB
- Erfahrung mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprozessen im Bauwesen
- sicheres und fließendes Sprechen und Schreiben der deutschen Sprache
- Führerschein der Klasse B
