Job Summary
Establish and expand the location's operations while leading and motivating the team. Develop a growth strategy and manage customer service, acquisition, and external staff recruitment. Oversee customer network development and assume responsibility for the budget. Requires a university degree or vocational training in commercial or technical fields, leadership experience in temporary staffing, and regional customer network access. Full-time role with a salary range of 4,800 to 6,200 € plus profit-sharing. Includes vacation pay, Christmas bonus, pension provision, and a company phone.
