Job Summary
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care within the NICU using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Lead and support patient and family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Accountable for care and outcomes of assigned patients, communicating condition changes to physicians with hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Requires current and valid state RN license with at least one year of acute care experience, including critical care. Per diem shifts available in Redding, CA with weekly pay ranging from $1,050 to $1,190 per shift.
