Job Summary
Travel NICU RN coordinates and delivers neonatal nursing care in the NICU, educates families during the NICU journey, plans and communicates all phases of nursing care, participates in quality-improvement efforts, mentors junior staff, and delegates care based on patient needs. Requires NICU RN experience, the equivalent of 2 years in a neonatal setting, and 1 year of travel RN experience; BLS/BCLS certifications and ongoing licensure reimbursement are provided. Location-based assignments in MN with lodging and comprehensive benefits offered by Capstone Health.
Required Qualifications
