NICU (RN) (Full Time) (Nights)

Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for neonates and families. Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and document care plans, educate patients and families on post-treatment care, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Night shift (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with every 3rd weekend rotation; campus highlights include Magnet designation, affiliation with Washington University and St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and progression opportunities through the BJC RN Career Ladder. Requires RN licensure and either Nursing Diploma/Associate's (Bachelor's degree preferred) with preferred <2 years experience; familiar with neonatal care and family-centered care.
