NICU RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including systematic data collection on psychological, physiological, and lifestyle factors. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set measurable goals and modify care plans based on evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning. Account for care coordination, education, and discharge planning while documenting all phases in the patient record. Requires NICU experience, RN licensure, and certification in Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Works at CHI Health Lakeside, West Omaha's only full-service hospital, providing compassionate, high-quality care in a technologically advanced environment.
