Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home in the Harrisburg, PA area. Provide extensive training to families and ongoing care while acting as an extension of the hospital care team. Manage infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care for clients with NICU, PICU, or ICU backgrounds. Work part-time (16-32 hours/week) with two weekend shifts per month and two holidays annually. Earn $40-$45 per hour with weekly pay, 401(k) match, and a $2400 referral bonus.
Required Qualifications
- current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- Recent NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care pediatric trach/vent experience
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
