Responsibilities include nursing assistance, inventory and supply management, housekeeping duties, records management, laboratory assistance, and routine interactions with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Requires high school diploma, healthcare-provider CPR certification, and familiarity with medical terminology; prior nurse assistant or related patient care experience is helpful. The role uses NICU equipment (e.g., radiant warmers, isolettes, cribs, ventilators, phototherapy, monitors) and emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and adaptability to varying shifts.
