Job Summary
Senior NIBU Vehicle Operations Specialist responsible for production scheduling across multiple plants and markets, analyzing and explaining variations versus the business plan, coordinating with Sales Field Force and Production Planning teams, managing shipments, transit times and inventory levels, performing demand planning and allocation analysis, consolidating carflow forecasts for 36 countries, preparing executive presentations, and identifying risks and opportunities to secure stock health and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, data analysis tools, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication in a global automotive environment. Hybrid work arrangement based at HQ CDMX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree International / Business administration
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing and/or related field
- English 600 TOEIC
- 1 - 3 years of related experience of accounting experience
