Job Summary
Drive passengers for Niagara Air Bus across the Niagara Region and beyond, ensuring safety and a professional transportation experience. Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and coordinate with dispatch on schedules and route changes. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, adhere to traffic laws and company policies, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include loading/unloading luggage up to 50 lbs, communicating delays or changes to passengers, following routes and schedules, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Must possess a valid Class G (or higher) license (F license also required/current or willing to obtain), valid passport, and a clean driving record; ability to lift 50 lbs; minimum 2+ years of customer service driving experience; strong defensive driving, communication, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class G driver’s license or higher (E, B, or C)
- F Class License, current or willingness to obtain

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Minimum 2+ years delivering exceptional customer service
