NH- RN FT or PT 2nd Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) on the 2nd shift at Vancrest in Saint Marys, OH. Responsibilities include implementing resident care plans, performing direct nursing services (administering treatments and assisting in assessments/evaluations), assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, delegating components of the care plan to nursing assistants with supervision, documenting in patient records, monitoring resident responses to health problems and treatments, communicating care needs to the care team, and supporting professional growth. Working leader duties involve overseeing and implementing a resident care plan and continuing direct nursing services, data validation, and accurate recordkeeping. Sign-on bonuses offered: $5,000 for PT and $10,000 for FT. Must hold a Nursing License.
