Job Summary
Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team building and scaling DataSwitch, Incture's data integration and orchestration platform. Own end-to-end delivery of DataSwitch features and releases, coordinating across architecture, development, QA, and DevOps functions. Partner with product managers and architects to translate business and customer requirements into prioritized engineering roadmaps and sprint plans. Drive engineering excellence through code review practices, architectural governance, CI/CD adoption, and quality standards. Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while managing project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery risks. Collaborate with the DataSwitch architect to ensure technical decisions align with scalability, resilience, and maintainability goals. Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices within the team.

- Proven experience managing and delivering software engineering projects
- Strong foundation in Java
- Strong foundation in Microservices
- Strong foundation in React.js
- Strong foundation in RDBMS technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Demonstrated track record of leading engineering teams
