Job Summary
Officiate youth NFL FLAG games in accordance with league rules, safety protocols, and the prescribed format. Manage game time, flow, and schedules to support efficient operations. Identify rule violations, communicate penalties clearly to participants, and maintain neutrality while de-escalating disputes. Conduct pre-game field and equipment inspections and complete required post-game reporting and documentation. Promote a positive, welcoming environment emphasizing learning, fun, and respect. You must be physically fit, cool under pressure, and possess strong people skills. Weekly pay starts at $30 per game. This seasonal role involves year-round assignments across multiple locations in Indiana during Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledgeable of the rules and referee signals
- Strong people skills
- Officiate assigned games to RCX Sports standards
- Submit timely post-game reports as required
- Arrive on time and represent RCX Sports professionally at all assigned locations
- Indiana (multiple league locations; assignments may vary by week/site - submit your location availability in the application)
- You may be scheduled at various locations within a 25-mile radius of the primary area where you apply (based on league needs and your availability) and locations can change week to week
