Job Summary
Officiate youth NFL FLAG games in accordance with NFL FLAG rules, safety protocols, and the prescribed game format. Manage game time, flow, and schedules to support efficient league operations. Identify rule violations and communicate penalties clearly to players, coaches, and spectators. Maintain neutrality and professionalism, including de-escalating disputes when needed. Conduct pre-game field and equipment inspections to ensure safe playing conditions. Complete required post-game reporting and documentation. Promote a positive, welcoming environment that emphasizes learning, fun, and respect for all participants. Submit timely post-game reports as required and arrive on time to represent RCX Sports professionally at assigned locations across Indiana. Weekly pay starting at $30 per game.
