Officiate youth NFL FLAG games in accordance with league rules, safety protocols, and prescribed formats while managing game time, flow, and schedules. Identify rule violations, communicate penalties clearly to players, coaches, and spectators, and conduct pre-game field and equipment inspections to ensure safe playing conditions. Maintain neutrality and professionalism, including de-escalating disputes when needed, and complete required post-game reporting and documentation. Promote a positive, welcoming environment that emphasizes learning, fun, and respect for all participants. Submit timely reports, arrive on time, and represent RCX Sports professionally at multiple locations across Charlotte, NC. Weekly pay starting at $30 per game; 1099 independent contractor status with seasonal assignments year-round.
