Job Summary
NG911 Network Technician II responsible for troubleshooting NG911 network solutions, managing site activations, handling customer calls, opening and tracking repair tickets, providing proactive customer updates, coordinating field dispatches, and using AI/automation tools to improve efficiency and resolution within SOPs. Must perform PSAP/FCC-PUC reporting, monitor alarms, escalate as needed, and maintain timely communications with customers and internal teams while ensuring adherence to SLAs and real-time troubleshooting in a 7x24x365 environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a technician role
- 1+ years network routing and switching experience
- CCENT, Network+, or working towards CCNA, CCDA, or equivalent level certification
