Job Summary

This paid 4-week internship program places high school seniors and early college students in real property-management projects within 5T Management's affordable housing portfolio. You’ll work alongside professionals, participate in site visits and a speaker series, receive daily mentorship, and complete an individual capstone project presented to 5T leadership. Track A (Accounting & Finance) and Track B (Property Operations) offer hands-on experience with tasks like AP/AR & Compliance, Rent Ledgers & Budgeting, Leasing & Marketing, and Resident Services, with exposure to Yardi Voyager 7S and opportunities to learn how AI tools are used in property management. A Certificate of Completion is awarded at the Closing Ceremony on July 30, 2026; compensation is $20/hour for 20 hours per week, totaling approximately $1,600 over the program, with no health or PTO benefits included.

Required Qualifications

  • High school senior (graduating class of 2026) or college freshman/sophomore
  • GPA of 3.0 or above preferred; 2.5–2.99 accepted with a brief written context statement
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Available for the full 4-week program: July 6 – July 30, 2026
