The NextGen Medical Affairs Manager role sits at the intersection of Medical Affairs and Professional Education to develop and engage high-potential rising stars and emerging KOLs in transcatheter cardiology (TAVI). The role designs and leads tailored educational and development pathways to accelerate scientific, procedural, and professional growth, acts as a strategic connector across countries and functions, identifies future proctors, and shapes the future of interventional cardiology through structured engagement, feedback-driven programs, and collaborative innovation. It involves creating NextGen strategies with senior leadership, organizing dedicated events, and collaborating with Countries and Edwards Lifesciences to train new health-care professional generations. The position requires travel up to 60% internationally, strong trainer/coach capabilities, excellent communication, and ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
