Job Summary
Lead projects, products, or teams across diverse organizations by guiding change, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining momentum in complex environments. Design and roll out adoption plans for AI tools, translate business needs into clear product directions, and coordinate multiple initiatives to deliver bigger outcomes. Mentor junior talent within the OrmitTalent ecosystem while practicing leadership through coaching and peer group collaboration. This program offers 20+ training days on situational leadership, monthly coaching sessions, and exposure to clients in construction, finance, and transportation sectors. Candidates require 3–5 years of experience in consulting or transformation, a Master's degree, and fluency in Dutch, French, or English.
