Job Summary
NextGen Leader for Indianapolis will join Young Life’s leadership cohort and engage in mission-focused ministry across spiritual development, leadership development, and resource development. Responsibilities include leading and training teams and volunteers in clubs/Campaigners, planning and executing summer and school-year camping strategies, active donor relations and fundraising, and ministry strategy development in collaboration with area leadership. The role emphasizes recruiting and developing leaders, building relationships with principals, pastors, parents, and committee members, and modeling excellence in contact work and ministry activities. Travel for training and field ministry is involved; this is a local, part-time position with opportunities to grow within the ministry. Qualifications emphasize relational skills, strong verbal and written communication, and confidentiality; a college degree is preferred. Education: College degree preferred.
