Job Summary
NextGen Hardware Engineer - Controls is a 14–18 month Engineering Leadership Development Program based in Milwaukee, WI with rotations across multiple teams and locations (Reynosa, MX; Chicago, IL; Baltimore, MD). You’ll rotate through engineering, operations, product development, and more, work on real projects with cross-functional teams, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. A capstone project will showcase growth, with potential transition into full-time roles in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Project Management, or Product Management. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; willingness to relocate across the U.S.; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for consideration.
