Job Summary
Lead, develop, and oversee the spiritual growth and discipleship of children, youth, and young adults. Oversee Harvest Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, and Young Adult Ministry; plan the calendar year, orchestrate Sunday and mid-week gatherings, lead major events, create communication plans, and instill a culture of safety, biblical teaching, and leadership development. Equip parents to lead children and youth through resources, workshops, and events; assist with membership interviews, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and counseling. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with Graduate Degree preferred; candidate must have a clear testimony of faith, be a Harvest member, and uphold Complementarian Theology; possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, servant-hearted, team-oriented spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Graduate Degree preferred
- Proven experience in ministry leadership with emphasis on youth or family ministry
- Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
- Member of Harvest and embrace doctrine/mission
- Complementarian Theology
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork
- Humility, loyalty, trustworthiness, flexibility, organizational skills and servant-heartedness
