Job Summary

Lead and develop the ECLM sustainment team, managing platform operations, SLA performance, incident resolution, and release activities. Establish governance and support processes to ensure long-term success while driving scalable reporting capabilities and future-phase localization efforts. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards to deliver actionable insights on system performance and business outcomes. Optimize workflows, automate standardization initiatives, and maintain a roadmap for sustainment enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainment operations, facilitating governance forums and communicating platform performance to leadership. Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Legal Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, CLM/ECLM platforms, or similar SaaS solutions
  • 3+ years leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in application support, governance, service delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, including executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting global deployments, localization initiatives, and regional business requirements
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Icertis or other CLM/ECLM platforms
  • Experience supporting global programs across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Knowledge of contracting, procurement, legal operations, and compliance processes
  • ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications
  • Experience leading change management, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities
