Job Summary

Lead and develop the ECLM sustainment team, including support resources, business analysts, administrators, and vendors. Manage platform operations, SLA performance, incident resolution, backlog management, and release activities while establishing governance and support processes. Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards to deliver actionable insights on system performance and business outcomes. Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives to improve workflows and user experience. Lead language localization efforts for future deployment phases and support transition-to-support activities across global regions. Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainment operations and facilitate governance forums to communicate platform performance and roadmap updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Legal Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, CLM/ECLM platforms, or similar SaaS solutions
  • 3+ years leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in application support, governance, service delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, including executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting global deployments, localization initiatives, and regional business requirements
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Icertis or other CLM/ECLM platforms
  • Experience supporting global programs across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
  • Knowledge of contracting, procurement, legal operations, and compliance processes
  • ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications
  • Experience leading change management, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities
